When the toilet leaked in Sharon’s upstairs bathroom, it caused significant damage to her dining room and hallway ceilings. Sharon called us, at Becher Construction, and we were able to respond quickly. Our team set up floor prep, installed plastic zipwalls, and demoed the damaged ceiling and walls. Upon opening the ceiling, we found a heavily corroded waterline. We quickly replaced it and proceeded with the drywall water damage repair. Over the course of 5 days, we hung, taped, textured, primed, and painted the new drywall. After a thorough cleanup, Sharon’s house looked even better than before the incident.
