Recently, Becher Construction had the pleasure of helping Kirk Grossman with some exterior wood painting and repair. Kirk’s home had termite-damaged rafter tails and roof framing that needed replacing. After installing the new framing, we sealed it with a tinted primer. Then, we used Kirk’s provided exterior paint to ensure the new rafters matched the existing ones perfectly. While we were at it, we also painted the water heater exhaust pipe and condensation line.
