When Liz was expecting 7” of rain and knew her home had an unrepaired leak, she reached out to Becher Construction for help. The roofer she had been trying to contact wasn’t responding, and she needed a quick solution. I was able to meet my roofer at her place by the end of the day. We quickly identified that the leak was originating from one of her bathroom vents. It was clear that all the vent penetrations in the roof were on the brink of leaking.
